Academy Productions

WCT Academy Productions are a theatre training program that gives students the opportunity to experience the fun and excitement of participating in and creating a full production while learning skills that can be applied on and off stage - critical thinking, collaboration, mindfulness, and more.

Production Information

This is an enrollment-based, tuition-based Academy production, open to students ages 7-12.

WCT Academy presents Disney’s The Aristocats KIDS, a jazzy, high-energy adventure full of feline fun.

Set in the heart of Paris, Duchess, a refined cat, and her three playful kittens stand to inherit their eccentric owner’s fortune, until a scheming, bumbling butler hatches a mischievous plot. Enter Thomas O’Malley, a street-smart alley cat, and his band of swingin’ jazz friends, who step in to save the day. This delightful adaptation of the beloved Disney film is a purr-fect treat for audiences of all ages.

WCT Academy Productions are tuition-based programs run by professional theatre artists and designers that provide our students with a hands-on experience in the theatre.

Auditions and Schedule

REGISTRATION OPENS DECEMBER 1ST AT 6:00 PM!

All students registered will receive a role in the production. Auditions will take place during the first few days of rehearsal.

Rehearsal Schedule: March 22 – April 9, Mondays – Fridays from 4:30 – 6:30 PM

Tech Week: April 12-14, 4:30 – 7:30 PM

NO conflicts are permitted during tech week or performances.
