Reverse It

Duets can be tricky.  Two different characters, two different perspectives, coming together in one song.  Each half of the duet distinguishes itself from the other and brings the words to life in its own way.  So how much fun would it be to sing both parts?  Well, now is your chance!  Students will not only learn one part of a famous musical duet, but they will then flip and perform the other part too!

All of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters spring to life onstage in Seussical JR. Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, the Cat in the Hat narrates the story of Horton the Elephant, who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos. Horton must protect the Whos and guard an egg that's been left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie La Bird. Although Horton faces ridicule and danger, the powers of friendship, loyalty, and community emerge triumphant!
