Open auditions for the Waukesha Civic Theatre’s production of The Secret Case Of Sherlock Holmes will be held:

Monday, March 23, 2020, starting at 7:00 pm

Tuesday, March 24, 2020, starting at 7:00 pm

Callbacks, if needed, will be on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, starting at 7:00 pm

 

Auditions will be held at the Waukesha Civic Theatre Building at 264 West Main Street, Waukesha. Please enter through the glass doors on Riverfront Street. No appointment is necessary. If you will not arrive at auditions until 8:30 or later, please contact the theatre before 5 pm so the director can be informed.

 

Those auditioning should be prepared to read from the script. Please come prepared to fill out the audition form, including all conflicts from the audition date through the closing performance. The Waukesha Civic Theatre is committed to inclusive casting. Actors of all backgrounds and ethnicities are encouraged to audition.

 

Synopsis:

Where do you find Marilyn Monroe, George Washington, and Dracula all in the same room? Only at the Freudly Institute! Mistaken for another patient with grandiose delusions, it's up to Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson to solve two mysteries after a body is found on the grounds - who is the killer, and how can they prove who they really are?

 

All roles are open.

There are 9-10 roles for women age 20+.

There are 7 roles for men age 20+.

 

Directed by Phil Stepanski, The Secret Case Of Sherlock Holmes will run June 5-21, 2020, at WCT.
