Open auditions for the Waukesha Civic Theatre’s production of But Why Bump Off Barnaby? will be held:

Monday, February 25, 2019, starting at 7:00 pm

Tuesday, February 26, 2019, starting at 7:00 pm

Callbacks, if needed, will be on February 27, 2019, starting at 7:00 pm

 

Auditions will be held at the Waukesha Civic Theatre Building at 264 West Main Street, Waukesha.  Those auditioning should be prepared to read from the script.  Please sign up for a specific audition time here. Walk in auditions will be allowed, but will be seen after scheduled auditions are completed.  If you will not arrive at auditions until 8:30 or later, and are not signing up for an audition spot online, please contact the theatre so the director can be informed.  Some actors may be asked to stay past their scheduled time.

                                                                                                                                            

Barnaby Folcey is murdered at a family gathering where he had the motive to murder everyone, but on one had reason to want him dead. Everything seems to go wrong in this absurd comedy – there are secret passages, poison in the sherry, and the police take forever to arrive, so the eclectic group tries to unmask the murderer themselves.

 

All roles are open.

There are 4 roles for women age 20-60. There are 3 roles for men age 20-60.

There are 2 roles for women age 60+. There is 1 role for men age 60+.

     

But Why Bump Off Barnaby will run June 7 to 24, 2019, at WCT.  David Kaye is directing.
